So excited and so happy!!

Waited for so long, and now it's getting nearer and nearer. It's HOLIDAYSSSSS!
Yea yea, just need to work till tomorrow. Then i will be off!

Now i even can smells the HollyMood in my office. Boss secretly went to HK without inform us. Accounts start to on leave from today. Office is quiet but full of HollyMood.

Creditors are calling up for payment but what can i do? I just can say sorry accounts on leave till 7th of November. He seems to be angry and scolding there. Sorry Mr. Creditors, I can't help you at all. My signature are not that valueble. Bank doesnt accept. So you just can wait till 7th of November. No other choice. And I won't give a damn bout it. It's none of my business.

Yeah yeah! It's holidaysss soon.

How to take leave from a kiasu boss?

I have read something that i found it quite true last friday. Here to share it out.
But its in chinese. Sorry for those who cant understand. Really lazy to translate all out.

老闆是機器人，請假遙遙無期這個題目我最有感觸，因為我的假期已經累積到拿不完了。其實不是老闆不批我的假期，但情況也是因為他，我才無法清完我的假期。他有許多隨時變更的點子，我作為他的助理，本來就應該協調與平衡局面，但他往往不瞭解狀況而亂下決定。為了隨時看住他，我很擔心一請假他就會趁我不在的時候“變節”。我對我的工作很認真，不會一只眼開一只眼閉的打工，所以我不會對一些不認同的決定置之不理。而且我的工作量很多，如果請假，就影響了工作進程。其實我很喜歡旅行，但現階段是草木皆兵的非常時期，旅行回來隨時面對“草木皆非”的局面，所以我還是不申請長假了。但如果有一天我想申請長假，為了讓自己安心，我會在老闆也休假的時候去休假，但這個機會很微，因為老闆是個不休息的機器人。我的長假，遙遙無期。

為公司賣力，卻只換來BS！在一家小公司上班，曾經向公司請假，老闆不批。真氣死我，也覺得很委屈，為公司賣力，上下班都按規矩，卻換來如此下場。而且請假的日期也不是公司忙碌的時候。氣煞！上網看王文華的文章，取得共鳴，也只有王文華明白打工仔的心聲。他說：“每家公司都有不合理（make sense）的事，我稱它為BS──‘bullshit’！”我當時還在其網站留言。有些老扳有口頭譂，每次員工請假，老闆都會說：“牛生！牛生！”（nuisance！nuisance！──指令人討厭的事物）然後，總愛出示一張又一張的circular，提醒員工一年不能請假超過3次，1次請假不可多過3天等等。每一家公司都有不make sense的事。我把這家公司的circular叫做“bullshit！ bullshit！”（牛便！牛便！）牛生的老闆與他的一大堆牛便。唉！nuisance & bullshit。回應人4：張家麗 職業：電腦程序員有責任心，沒有請不到的假我在傳統的華人公司上班，因此公司對員工在華人節日休假比較理解。所以基本上我都在重大的節日一次過申請長假，比如華人新年、端午節等。在這些節日以外的日子申請假期，通常會有點困難，除非有很好的理由，不然老闆就會擺出一副很為難的表情。如果非請假不可，我會提早和老闆說，然後儘量每天加班把工作處理掉，讓老闆比較放心。然後我會讓他知道，我已經把事情交代好，萬一發生甚麼不協調的問題，也有人負責跟進。只要讓老闆知道你是個負責任的人，他就不會太過霸道不批准假期了.

i got back my half day

We work like dead fish last Friday. And i walk to the bakery with my colleague during lunch time instead of staying at a sad place. Then boss told us before we go out to bakery that we can go back coz also not much things to do.

Hurray!!! Half day better then none! Isit he feel guilty that he cut off our holiday? or what? Dont care! As long as i no need to work.

He is a typical chinaman

Now only i realized that he is just an ordinary typical chinaman. I should realize that earlier.

I also found out the auntie is lying. When we ask how come cut off the holiday she just act innocent! Say i dont know. He is the one who typed the list out. But when i bring out this topic, she tell HIM the different way. She say i dont know ohhh..... Your sis gave me this list, i just follow. See, she is he one who typed and printed it out! Lie to us! And pretty well to act innocent infront us. Hahaha......... Human........... You all are great actors and actress! And that Lady! Can you just mind ur own business?

Leave me alone! Chinaman!!!!! Else give me back my holidays!

I just want back my precious holiday!

To day seems to be a bad day to me. At first i were very happy that tomorrow is a state holiday. So i can rest at home.

But too bad the accounts says that our dear boss said it is NOT A HOLIDAY for us. And showed us a so call holiday list and say it din stated inside here. Include Christmas also no holiday.

WHAT IS THAT? First you cut my state holiday, now said Christmas also have to work? Hey babe! Thats a public holiday la! You have to pay triple if you ask me to work! Althugh its falls on Sunday, doesnt mean that you can ask us to work on Monday! Damn it! You have to replace on Monday!

I want back my HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning already very mad with the holiday issue. Here comes the fussy dear client. Asked him to send me a bigger logo so i can trace it nicely but he still sent me a small or even smaller. Urggg....... Then keep saying he wanted to come to ur office to advise us. Ok, Thats fine, you want to come then come.

He keep pointing at my monitor and say chould it be like this this this and that that that that? All is bout the stupid logo. He even use a ruler to measure my monitor and try to prove that he is right! Ok, fine again. As you wish, i can change everything for you. But dont blame me if anything happends! Finally i cant stand it, ask for a ai file of that stupid logo and i tell him its the best way to solve the stuid problem. Cz with the ai file, i won change anything with yu stuid logo and you also wont sound anything bout it.

And i got the ai file and place the logo inside the anniversary logo. And i found out the logo it self also not straight in every alphabet. Just he too fussy on it. But he din sound on the logo anymore cz the so call coporate logo is everyyear place on their annual report. So wont be mistake.

After that he still fussy on other things. Say want to change the place this and that but i just make a few points move, actually dont have much changes but he still seems very satisfy with HIS changes. Hahaha.......... Up to him, as long as he satisfy and won fan me again.

Finally he left. I really wish i can slap him when he use the ruler to measure my monitor. But i still have to act like nothing and smile to him. Just because 1 word [ C-l-i-e-n-t ]

Exciting holidays

Coming deeparaya holiday will be a long holiday for me. My boss said its COMPULSORY to take leave during that period. So we all FORCE to rest during that few days.

Well, at first Mun already planned to follow his buddies to Genting with me. So 28th will off! After genting, I will go Cameron at 31st with my family. So that's gonna be an exciting holidays! Hurray! Looking forward to those days!

tomorrow? anything else?

Tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow! Enough for those tomorrow works! Always give us last minute work and ask us to finish it by tomorrow!

All also tomorrow tomorrow! Tomorrow will die isit? Urggg!!!! So many jobs all in one. All need to ready by tomorrow!

What to do? Pack my things and straight go back? I wish too. Buyt the fact is i still need to face the TOMORROW thing by tomorrow.

Seems been cheated

That day when i message him and ask he didnt reply me. Now after so long time only say kenot! Damn, if u tell on that day, i would go and look for a doctor! If not only stay at home for rest and take my previous medicine.

Damn! Think of saving your money end up you say NEED it and deduct my annual leave. Feel like been cheated!

But also learned a lesson that, however you NEED a mc for any type of sickness although your boss didnt say its a MUST!
