Happy day!

First happy news:

Today is my happy day after i received a call from Edmund.

Why? Cause I got a DG camera for free! Although my old camera gone but I'm happy with it.

Why? Cause I asked him to bring my Canon DG camera to the service centre for repair.

Why? My cam not working AGAIN. I already bringht to fix once, and I'm so glad that they fixed it for me without any charges. But unfortunately it spoilt again after few months. So we gotta bring it to the service centre AGAIN.

And what about the FOC camera thingy? Here is the full story:

Edmund brought the cam there to repair, then they requested him to wait for awhile. After that, they said the cam kenot be fix AGAIN, so they suggested to loan a cam to us. After that they brought in my cam and brought out another one and said they will trade in for us. Huh? Trade in? Means we have to pay? They answered NO, means they will replace it for me, its new and newer model than my old camera. Its Ixus 55!! He said its cost more than 1k. And they gave me with the battery, charger, SW CDs. Means the full set.

So they kept my old cam and gave Edmund the new one. The only thing I need to add on is SD card. And Edmund will help me get it from his Kingston distributor friend.

Its soooooooo unbelievable!!! They really change a camera for me without any charges! The reason they gave us were:' You sent this cam here to fix before. So....'

Whatever, as long as I can snap pictures during CNY.

Though Canon gave me a new cam but actually they did not lost anything. Why? Cause they gain our good impression to them. And for sure we will be very happy to get a cam back and will spread the news out. Say that Canon has a very good after sales service. If this is their business strategy to build up goodwill for their company, they already success!

Another happy news:

Edmund finally received his offer latter! So happy with him. Finally can have a change. All the best for his career!

Conclution:

Today is a good day!

Jail = Home

Recently read lotsa criminal news, robe, snatch, rape, steal, highjack. Isit our country no longer safe?

Things that we can't do:

We can't put many at home, to avoid stealing.
Can't wear sexy cloths, cz to avoid 'attrack' those rapist.
Can't carry any handbags or even a small lil purse when we walk along the street, cz scare kena snatch.
Can't wear any jewelry cz scare kena robe.
Can't stay in a house that without gate.
Can't walk through those quiet street or lorong.

Things that we must do:

Must lock yourselves in your house and let those robers stay outside.
Must atached expensive car security system to ensure your car is SAFE.
Must hire a police or a private security when you withdraw more than 1k from bank.
Must gate your shop during business hour if your shop open in those 'ulu' places. And your customers only can buy things from you through the small hole on your gate.

These are only some of the Must and must not do things. They even can highjack a bank security van without any gun. It seems to be so easy to robe such an amount.

Yesterday i heard a funny case from my mom, there is a industry factory area that 3 or 4 rows or factory don't have the water meter and they don't even want to apply for a new 1, why? Cause the mater has been stolen and when they apply for a new meter, they need to be fine. Why should they be fine since their things has been stolen? Some of them go and pay the fine and apply for a new meter, but the meter has been stolen AGAIN within 1 week although they oeldi built up a metal box to PROTECT the meter. So they don't want to apply anymore new meters. Ans where those stolen meter goes? According to them, there is a small piece of gold inside the meter, they want the gold. Or another way is sell the those housing constructers. Why don't they go and catch the thieves and find out which constructer buy those meters? Why they keep on fine those innocent people that lost thier water meter?

And our house, why should us lock ourselves in the home that look like a jail to avoid thieves? Isn't it funny? Why those thieves can do whatever they want outside and even get more freedom than us? And we chould just everyday living under pressure and frighten?

Seems like our home is a jail. Why? And we'll feel SAFE when we lock ourselves in the JAIL.

本人認為上司若能做到大公無私、賞罰分明是最理想不過了。上司應該均勻地分配工作，決不因為某某下屬的身分“特殊”而給予優惠。因此，在許多人忙碌的當兒，卻有人空閑地翻閱報刊、雜誌的情形將不會出現。這樣，下屬們忙也忙得心服口服。同時，上司也應該隨時隨地表揚勤奮、具備奉獻精神的下屬；責備懶散、不負責任的下屬。在一個大公無私、賞罰分明的工作環境下，員工自然而然就會默默耕耘，為組織打造更美好的將來。

我理想中的上司除了要具備領導能力，帶領部下為公司披荊斬棘、沖鋒上陣外，他也必須是位大公無私、知人善任的賢士。要知道，員工是公司內最重要的資產。唯有發揮員工的專長，做到人盡其才，才盡其用，公司才會欣欣向榮。若他只是一名“妒賢忌能”、存有私心雜念的小人，不僅最後會殃及公司，他也會跟溺死。除此之外，他也必須做到賞罰分明，事事公正廉明，這樣部屬才會信服啊！

哈哈！太開心了，有人問我這個問題！我理想中的老闆一定要是個男人，而且年輕又英俊、為人溫文有禮、學識淵博、擁有專業知識、具有領導風范、跟下屬之間的溝通關係良好。在公司遇到問題時，我常希望老闆會對我說：“世上沒有解決不了的事，做不好，多加幾倍努力做好它。”可我命苦呀！找了幾年還是沒遇上這樣的老闆。他們都只會說：“做不完？加班呀！”如有一天，我真的遇上，那我一定……唉！那時我一定很老了，盼望再多也沒用了。

我心目中理想的老闆是善解人意、為人大方、有責任、有大將之風、瞭解下屬的工作性質、瞭解整個公司的運作。他不會不分青紅皂白、不瞭解事實的真相就亂發飆；他以寬厚為懷，不會將錯誤全都歸咎於下屬；不會擺架子，肯與下屬同甘共苦；不會將下屬當勞工用，欺壓下屬。若此類老闆還存在的話，我一定會搶先報名跟他打工！

領導能力強

雖然，理想和現實有一段距離，但是空想也可以彌補心中的不平衡，增添快感。理想的老闆應該是：
有領導能力，切勿像頭牛般被別人牽走。
有獨到的眼光、有判斷能力，不斤斤計較像個歐巴桑。
不能貪生怕死，做縮頭龜，讓別的部門欺負其下屬。
準時發薪、定時有花紅、有特優厚的員工福利。
不能是“掛名公司”。

記住我們為公司的貢獻，珍惜我們的付出。
會控制情緒。

每間公司，必有一位適當的領導者，所謂的上司。各都扮演不同的角色及有獨特的風格。我理想中的上司是可以心平氣和與下屬商量及接觸的人。當下屬犯錯時，還要給於正確的指導，而且要有耐心。他還必須兼備威嚴及柔順的美德，不可以命令的方式對待下屬，必須讓員工保持自由的意志以及在自主的環境下完成工作。上司必須傾聽下屬的意見，並積極的採納。他必須平等對待、信任以及栽培人才，以便互相配合以建立美好的風氣

Recently I kinda feel lost. Lost of many directions.

I'm seeking for a better offer. But I don't know which field should I go for. Web? Editing? Event? Graphic? I am so confusing on choosing these...

I even feel that I'm useless. Don't know where to go... Kinda lack of confidence now...

This new year doesn't seems nice. Everything kinda mess up. Not in the right track. But.... What define as right track? I also have no idea on it. Just... Doesn't seems right.

Everyday my sky are in dull color. Hope it will turn bright soon. And I can find my way out.
